Local Calculations

All tax and salary calculations are performed exclusively locally in your browser. Entered data (income, civil status, etc.) is not transmitted to our servers or stored. For usage statistics, at most a coarse classification is recorded, such as an income bracket (see “Analytics”).

Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

For usage statistics, this website uses Vercel Web Analytics by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. For each page view it records the page visited (without URL parameters), the referring website, the approximate location (country, region, city), device type, operating system and browser; for certain interactions (such as a completed calculation) also an event with a few coarse attributes such as the canton or the income bracket — never your exact inputs. No cookies are set and nothing is stored in your browser. To count visits, Vercel derives a hash from the request that is discarded after 24 hours; the data is not linked to your IP address and can only be analysed in aggregate. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in analysing and improving our offering (Art. 31 nFADP). Vercel is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Federal Council has recognised as adequate since 15 September 2024. Advertising (Google AdSense) — not currently active

No advertising is currently served on this website. Google AdSense is planned but not yet active: no advertising cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google LLC for advertising purposes. This privacy policy will be updated before AdSense is activated. Independently of this, you can disable personalized Google advertising at any time in the Google Ad Settings.
